1 The Hiring Contract is between the Hirer and the Property Owner.
2 All information is given in good faith but no warranties are made regarding information provided, either written or verbal.
3 Bookings should be made bv telephone and confirmed within 10 days
enclosing deposit payment. Bookings must be accompanied by the official booking form and the balance due to be paid at least two calendar months prior to the holiday date. If the holiday date is less than two months from the booking date the full amount becomes due.
4 Should a property be unavailable on the day stated for any reason, all monies will be refunded without question and every attempt will be made to find you a suitable alternative. But no further liability will fall upon the owners. In no event shall the liability of the owners to the hirer, howsoever arising, exceed the rental paid for the holiday.
5 Under no account are the numbers of people using the cottage to exceed the number stated on the booking form. Only by arrangement at an extra cost.
6 The owner and/or his representatives retain the right to enter his property at any reasonable time to inspect or carry out any repairs deemed necessary to the property or equipment.
7 The hirer undertakes to leave the property and its contents in the same condition as at the commencement of the holiday, to leave the property in the same state of cleanliness in which it was found and to compensate the owners for any damage which may occur.
8 If anything should go wrong in the cottage during your stay then please contact the owners immediately who will do their utmost to rectify the problem. It is not possible to accept any claims once you have finished your holiday.
9 All of our cottages and games room are Non-Smoking. If you wish to smoke please do so outside the cottages, or in your vehicle.
If you intend bringing your pet please include the £25.00 per pet / per week charge with the deposit. You must read and fill out the separate booking form for pets. and return it with this booking form.
We advise that you take out suitable holiday insurance as we do not run a cancellation insurance, so the following conditions apply:-
1 For bookings made more than two months before the commencement of the holiday a non-returnable deposit of 40% of the holiday will confirm your booking, final payment is due two months prior to commencement of the holiday. If the holiday is cancelled and only the deposit has been paid, then the full deposit will be forfeited.
2 For bookings made within two months of the commencement of the holiday the full rental is due at the time of booking. Once the holiday has been confirmed you are liable to pay the full cost of your holiday, even if you have to cancel at a later date.
3 If the owners are able to re-let the holiday after your cancellation then you will be reimbursed the amount it has been re-let for, less your deposit.
4 The owner reserves the right to make a £20 administration charge for any property or date alteration after the booking has been confirmed.
